How to Update Your Satori Profile & Preferences

Securely manage your child’s information, forecasts, alerts, and billing settings

Keeping Your Profile Accurate

Your child’s Satori profile is the foundation of how forecasts and alerts are personalized.

As your child grows, experiences new sensitivities, changes schools, or recovers differently from illness, it’s normal for patterns to shift. Updating your profile ensures that Satori continues to interpret environmental conditions accurately for your child’s specific respiratory behavior.

You can update your information at any time. The process is secure, simple, and designed to give you full control over both your child’s profile details and your notification preferences.

Accurate information leads to more precise environmental intelligence. Even small updates can meaningfully improve how forecasts and alerts are calibrated.

How to Access Your Account

To update your profile, you’ll request a secure access link known as a Magic Link.

You can also find the Magic Link request page from the homepage of our Help Center.

After entering the email address associated with your Satori account, you will receive a secure, one-time access link. This link allows you to enter your profile without needing a password.

For your security, Magic Links expire after a short period of time. If your link expires, simply request a new one. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

This secure access process ensures that only you can view and update your child’s information.

What Happens After You Click the Magic Link

Once you click your Magic Link, you will be taken back to the same profile form you completed when you first signed up.

All of your previously submitted information will already be filled in. You can move through the pages using the “Continue” button to review each section carefully. You do not need to change anything unless you would like to update it.

When you reach the final page, you will be able to review your notification settings and account preferences. After making any desired updates, simply select Save Updates to apply your changes.

Updates take effect immediately and automatically recalibrate how Satori interprets environmental conditions for your child.

4. Updating Your Child’s Profile Information

You may update any part of your child’s profile, including:

• Parent contact details
• Child information
• Breathing behavior patterns
• Known triggers and sensitivities
• Home and school locations
• Indoor environmental factors
• Illness and recovery tendencies

If your child’s triggers evolve, if you move, if school changes, or if symptoms improve or worsen, updating your profile helps Satori adjust its interpretation of environmental risk.

Even small refinements can improve forecast accuracy and alert relevance. The more closely your profile reflects your child’s real-world patterns, the more precisely Satori can translate environmental data into meaningful guidance.

Managing Your Forecast Settings

Under Forecast Controls, you can customize how and when you receive your daily Signature Score.

You may:

• Turn the forecast on or off
• Choose how often you receive it:
  • Daily
  • Weekdays only
  • Weekends only
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
• Select your preferred delivery time

It is important to note that the Signature Score always reflects environmental conditions for the following day only. If you choose weekly or monthly delivery, you will receive a forecast at that frequency, but it will still describe the next day’s expected conditions.

These settings allow you to balance awareness with convenience while maintaining the integrity of the forecast model.

Managing Your Alert Settings

Under Alert Controls, you can manage how Satori handles early risk notifications.

Alerts are designed to activate when environmental conditions combine in a way that meaningfully increases respiratory strain for your child’s profile. Because alerts are part of the core protection system, they cannot be permanently turned off.

However, you may temporarily pause alerts until a date of your choosing. This can be helpful if:

• Your child is traveling
• Environmental monitoring is not needed for a short period
• You simply want a temporary break

Once the selected date passes, alerts will automatically resume. This ensures that protection continues without requiring you to remember to turn anything back on.

Managing Billing & Subscription

Under Billing & Subscription, you can manage your payment information securely.

You may:

• Update your payment method
• View invoices or billing history
• Access the secure billing portal

All billing information is handled through our encrypted payment processor Stripe to ensure privacy and security.

You also have access to your Subscription Status, where you can:

• Pause your service at the end of the current billing cycle
• Cancel your subscription

If you choose to pause or cancel, your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments.

Final Confirmation & Ongoing Access

After making changes to your profile or preferences, select Save Updates on the final page to apply your changes.

Your updates take effect immediately and automatically recalibrate how Satori interprets environmental conditions for your child.

You may request a new secure access link anytime through the Help Center if you need to make additional adjustments in the future.
