How to access your account and resolve common login questions


How Account Access Works

Satori uses a secure, password-free login system. There is no username to remember and no password to reset. Instead, access is granted through a one-time link sent to your email.

To log in, visit the account page and enter the email address you used when signing up. Within moments, you will receive a secure link that allows you to access your account directly. For security purposes, each link expires automatically after a short period.

If a link expires, simply request a new one. There is no need to create or manage a password.

Requesting a Login Link

To access your account, enter your registered email address on the login page. Be sure to use the exact email you provided during registration. Even small spelling differences can prevent the system from locating your account.

After submitting your email, check your inbox for a message containing your one-time access link. The link is unique to your request and can only be used once. If you wait too long and the link expires, return to the login page and request a fresh link.

Most login issues are resolved by confirming the correct email and requesting a new link.

I Didn’t Receive the Login Email

If you do not see your login email within a minute or two, begin by checking your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Some email providers automatically filter new senders.

Next, confirm that the email address entered matches the one used at registration. Try typing it manually rather than relying on autofill. If you suspect a typo, submit a new request using the correct address.

If you requested multiple links, use only the most recent email. Older links expire automatically and cannot be reactivated.

SMS Access or Notification Issues

Satori uses SMS for alerts and service reminders, but account login is always email-based. Not receiving a text message does not prevent you from accessing your account through your email login link.

If you are not receiving SMS alerts or reminders, first confirm that your phone number is entered correctly in your account settings. Even a small digit error can prevent delivery. Next, ensure that your device is not blocking messages from unknown numbers and that your carrier allows standard SMS delivery.

If messages appear delayed, restarting your device can refresh network connections. In most cases, SMS issues are related to device settings or outdated contact information rather than account access.

Is My Account Locked?

Satori does not permanently lock accounts due to failed login attempts. There is no traditional password system, so there is nothing to reset or unlock.

If a login link does not work, it has most likely expired. For security purposes, each link can only be used once and expires automatically after a short period. Simply return to the login page and request a new link.

Requesting multiple links does not harm your account. Only the most recent link will remain active. There is no penalty for retrying access.

When to Contact Support

If you have confirmed that you are using the correct email address, checked your spam or junk folder, and requested a fresh login link, but still cannot access your account, you may contact support for assistance.

When reaching out, include the email address used to register and a brief description of the issue. This allows us to review your account and respond efficiently.

Most access issues are resolved by verifying the correct email and requesting a new link. Support is available if those steps do not resolve the issue.
